  • 30 g blueberries
  • 20 g dark chocolate chips

Optional (for texture & protein)

  • 10 g granola

Instructions

1. Prepare the yogurt base

In a bowl, combine yogurt with honey or maple syrup.

Mix until smooth and creamy.

If using protein powder, add it here and mix well.

2. Spread the mixture

Line a tray with baking paper.

Spread the yogurt into a thin, even layer (about 1–2 cm thick).

3. Add toppings

Top with:

  • sliced strawberries
  • blueberries
  • chocolate chips
  • granola (optional)

Press toppings slightly into the yogurt.

4. Freeze

Place in the freezer for at least 2–3 hours until fully solid.

Remove from the tray and break into irregular pieces.

6. Serve

Enjoy straight from the freezer for the best texture.

Tips for the best result

  • spread evenly for consistent texture
  • don’t overload toppings
  • use fresh fruit for best flavor
  • freeze completely before breaking

Make it lighter (lower calorie swaps)

  • use 0% yogurt
  • reduce sweetener
  • increase fruit for more volume
  • skip granola
