- natural sweetness from fruit
- creamy and jammy textures
- simple prep with no cooking required
Calories & Protein (per serving)
- Calories: ~380 kcal
- Protein: ~25 g
Ingredients (1 serving)
Oat base
- 50 g oats
- 150 g Greek yogurt (0% for lighter option)
- 100 ml milk
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1/2 banana (sliced)
- 1 tbsp sweetener (optional)
- Optional: 1 scoop protein powder
Homemade berry jam
- 80 g frozen berries
- 1 tsp sweetener
- splash of water
Tools you’ll need
- Mixing bowl, I love this one from Amazon
- Spoon
- Glass jar / container
- Small whisk or spoon

Instructions
1. Prepare the berry jam
Add frozen berries, sweetener, and a splash of water to a small saucepan or bowl.
Cook over low heat (or microwave in short intervals), stirring until the berries break down and form a thick jam-like consistency.
Let it cool completely before using.

2. Prepare the oat base
In a jar or bowl, combine oats, milk, yogurt, and sweetener.
Mix well until smooth and creamy.
If using protein powder, add it at this stage and mix thoroughly to avoid lumps.

3. Assemble the layers
Start with the oat base, then add a layer of berry jam.
Add sliced banana and peanut butter on top.
You can also create layers for a more aesthetic result.
4. Chill
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
This allows the oats to soften and absorb all the flavors.
5. Serve
Enjoy straight from the fridge or mix slightly before eating.

Tips for the best result
- let the jam cool before layering
- use ripe banana for natural sweetness
- adjust thickness with a splash of milk
- mix well if using protein powder
Make it lighter (lower calorie swaps)
- use 0% yogurt
- reduce peanut butter slightly
- use zero-calorie sweetener
- increase berries for more volume
