Why this recipe works
This recipe works because it combines:
- high protein ingredients that keep you full
- coffee + cocoa for that tiramisu flavor
- creamy texture without heavy ingredients
- easy overnight preparation
Calories (per serving)
- Calories: ~320 kcal
- Protein: ~22 g
Ingredients (1 serving)
- 50 g oats
- 150 g Greek yogurt (or high-protein yogurt)
- 100 ml milk (any type)
- 1 espresso or strong coffee (cooled)
- 1 tbsp sweetener (or to taste)
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
Optional:
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- dark chocolate chips
Tools you’ll need
- Mixing bowl, I love this one from Amazon
- Spoon
- Glass jar / container
- Small whisk or spoon

Instructions
1. Prepare the oat base
In a bowl or jar, combine oats, milk, coffee, and sweetener.
Mix well until everything is evenly combined.
You can use your favorite coffee.

2. Add the yogurt
Add the Greek yogurt and mix until creamy.
If using protein powder, mix it in at this stage until smooth.
3. Create the tiramisu effect
Layer or swirl the mixture to create a creamy texture.
You can also keep it simple and mix everything together—it will still taste amazing.
4. Chill overnight
Cover the jar and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
This allows the oats to soften and absorb all the flavors.
5. Add toppings
Before serving, dust cocoa powder on top.
Optional: add chocolate chips or extra yogurt for a layered effect.
6. Serve
Enjoy straight from the fridge.
